This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may arise under normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase and applies exclusively to defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship. This means that if any structural or functional issue occurs due to a production flaw, Brave-shoes will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. The warranty covers problems such as faulty mechanisms in clocks, defective wiring in lighting, and material or construction defects in bedding, cutlery, and faucets. If a product fails to function as intended under normal use within this period, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

What Is Not Covered?

While we stand by the quality of our products, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including minor fading, scratches, or discoloration that naturally occurs over time. Additionally, damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Products that have been exposed to extreme environmental conditions such as excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight beyond their intended use are also excluded from the warranty, except for faucets designed for water exposure. The warranty does not apply if improper cleaning methods or harsh chemicals cause deterioration or damage to the product. Furthermore, items used in commercial or non-residential settings are not covered unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a defect that you believe falls within the warranty coverage, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Our team will carefully assess the issue and may request additional information if needed. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. If a repair or replacement is provided under warranty, the coverage period will not be extended beyond the original two-year warranty period from the date of purchase. Brave-shoes reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim and the appropriate resolution based on the assessment of our team. In cases where a warranty claim is denied due to conditions outside the scope of coverage, we will communicate the reasons clearly to the customer.
